These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tk10i ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk10i platform located at tk10i.vip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by tk10i, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional offer or bonus programme made available to players. Each player is permitted to maintain only one account on tk10i. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether personally or through an associate — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. tk10i is entitled to rely on the information you provide and you are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid and currently active email address or mobile number that you own.
• A secure password of your choosing that is not shared with any other service.

tk10i operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC verification helps protect your account and ensures the integrity of the platform for all players.

tk10i accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, subject to applicable processing fees. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tk10i aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 may be subject to enhanced KYC verification before processing.
• tk10i does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

tk10i offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to player accounts:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in the individual bonus offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.

tk10i may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time the change takes effect, provided the player is in compliance with these Terms.

All games offered on tk10i are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is subject to its own rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters relating specifically to that game. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Opening or using more than one account, including using a different name, email address, device, or IP address to circumvent an account restriction or ban.

tk10i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which tk10i may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at tk10i's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable deductions.

All content on the tk10i platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of tk10i or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of tk10i.

The tk10i brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of tk10i. You are not granted any licence or right to use these marks in any way without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of tk10i's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10i shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided through it.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of data or instructions between you and the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
